Welcome to Sandy Shores, a spacious ground floor apartment situated in the picturesque village of Old Hunstanton, known for its beautiful beaches, sandy dunes and coastal charm.

Ideal for a couple or small family, Sandy Shores is situated on a quiet private road in the heart of the village. A slope leads to the front door which opens to the sitting/dining-room, a pleasant place to relax after a day exploring, watching films together or playing board games. The kitchen is fully equipped making mealtimes a breeze. Prepare a picnic and take a short stroll to the sought-after dog-friendly sandy beaches and enjoy making special memories.

The apartment has two bedrooms; bedroom one with a double and bedroom two with twins. The main bedroom has a door opening into the communal garden. There is a family bathroom featuring a shower over the bath, wash-basin and WC.

A communal garden sits at the rear of the apartment, although with the beach on the doorstep why not explore the beautiful surroundings on foot with your four-legged friend (one well behaved, medium-sized dog is welcome).

There is private off-road parking for one car plus a space for guest parking should friends wish to meet up to share this unspoilt part of the west Norfolk coastline.

Walk the Norfolk coastal path from Old Ten Station passing the colourful beach huts nestled amongst the dunes taking in the iconic stripy cliffs at low tide towards Hunstanton and follow the path which links to Hunstanton where you meet the promenade of this splendid Victorian seaside town. Alternatively enjoy a hearty breakfast or fabulous brunch in the wonderful dog-friendly beach cafe close to the RNLI station in Old Hunstanton.

Keen golfers can enjoy a round or two at Hunstanton Golf club, which is within walking distance.

For twitchers and nature lovers visit Holme Dunes Nature Reserve, a lovely walk easily accessed on foot along the beach, or Snettisham RSPB reserve a must see for migrating bird's certain times of the year. There's also Titchwell Marsh bird reserve, with its sandy beaches, lagoons and reed beds.

Admire the fabulous sunsets from 'Sunny Hunny' renowned for excellent displays year-round. For a fun-filled adventure climb aboard the Land Train along the clifftops to the town centre or take the 'Coasthopper' for stopping off at villages such as Brancaster, Thornham and Wells-next-the-Sea. Or take a fun trip out on the Wash monster and explore the area at low tide on this amphibious vehicle, great for seal spotting!

A short drive away is the Sandringham Estate, the country estate of the Royal family. Set amongst the woodland, explore the Royal gardens or take a tour of the regal residence.

Old Hunstanton has a variety of eateries from pubs and cafes to a thriving Michelin Star restaurant (booking is advised well in advance), all a short walk from Sandy Shores.

However you decide to spend your time here in Old Hunstanton, a stay at Sandy Shores is sure to add to a memorable stay.
