The ground floor features two bedrooms including the principal with en suite shower-room. Wander through to the large, light and well-equipped kitchen with plenty of room for any budding chef to express themselves. If cooking is not your forte then relax in the spacious open plan sitting/dining-room, choose between the comfy sofas whilst enjoying a great movie on the Smart TV or sitting in the conservatory with a good novel enjoying the sound of birdsong.
Climb the stairs to the first floor where you will find the third bedroom with a vista to the sea and sandy beaches and another bathroom awaits with a bath and shower, so each bedroom can benefit from private facilities.
The beautiful garden has a large patio and ample seating areas with steps up to a lawn; on warmer days enjoy some shade in the summer-house whilst the children play in this tranquil setting, fully enclosed and safe for little ones. After a fun-filled day at the beach a ground floor wet-room is perfect for washing sandy toes or after enjoying some water sports.
There is plenty of parking on the spacious driveway with room for three cars, celebrate those special occasions with family and friends together at Clifftops and enjoy making special memories under Norfolk's big skies.
Clifftops is the ideal location to start and end your days exploring and enjoying all that Norfolk has to offer; from the traditional seaside holiday with donkey rides, crazy golf, fun fair and fish and chips to the excitement of local water sports from paddle boarding, kayaking or kite surfing for the more adventurous. For a more relaxed holiday explore the coastal footpaths with a wide range of birdlife in their natural habitats or simply take a stroll along the promenade and peruse the changing tides and spectacular sunsets.
Hunstanton also boasts bars and restaurants for all tastes and budgets, enjoy a hearty breakfast at the beach cafe next to the RNLI station in Old Hunstanton or splash out with some fine dining at The Neptune, a fabulous Michelin star restaurant. For a local adventure take the Land Train along the clifftops to the town centre or a fun trip out on the Wash Monster and explore the area at low tide on this amphibious vehicle, great for seal spotting so don't forget your binoculars!
