DoubleIf you're looking for a peaceful break for two, you need look no further than Little Tregerry. Located down a country lane, in the heart of the Cornish countryside, with meadows, streams and wildlife all around, this is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life yet be walking on the beach at Crackington Haven after a short drive to the coast, however should you wish to relax into your holiday abode and walk from the front door, you will not be disappointed!
This charming little semi-detached bolthole has been sympathetically styled to compliment its surroundings whilst offering a comfortable open plan living-room on the ground floor, the perfect spot to indulge into a holiday read or cook up the perfect brunch on your first morning thanks to a fully equipped shaker kitchen. As the night falls and the stars come out climb the stairs where you will discover a cottage-style bedroom and newly fitted bathroom on the first floor. Outside, the small patio-area is an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon tea or that all important sundowner.
Set in over 23 acres, the owners have been rewilding some of the land and there is a lovely newly planted arboretum for you to explore. Little Tregerry shares this perfect rural setting with neighbouring Coombe Cottage (3858), and the very helpful but discreet owners, along with their chickens, geese, Margigold and Millie the donkeys and of course Boris, the Kunekune pig!
Although set in the heart of the countryside, Little Tregerry is only seven miles from the stunning north Cornwall coast. Offering beach days in abundance, coastal towns and villages to delight, and miles of coastal footpaths to explore, you'll never be short of something to do!
Ramblers simply need to step outside the front door to further whet their appetites with country lanes and footpaths galore. For those keen explorers, the dramatic Bodmin Moor, with its wide open spaces, moorland villages and intriguing rock formations, is only a short drive away.
