Mill Cottage is a delightful mid-terrace barn conversion, offering lovely rural views over the surrounding north Cornwall countryside and less than two miles from pretty Crackington Haven beach with spectacular coastal vistas and glorious walks. The cottage sits in an exclusive quadrangle of holiday cottages called Roundhayes Farm, around a pretty communal courtyard to the front, and has gorgeous rural views with sea glimpses to the rear. The deck and garden are accessed via patio doors from the light and airy sitting-room and on a summer's evening the sun sets at the bottom of the garden making the deck the perfect place to sit with a glass of wine and watch the sun go down.

Step over the threshold at the front of the cottage and enter the large, well-equipped kitchen/dining-room with oodles of space for everyone. The sociable dining-table and chairs allow the clan to gather round the table to chat with the chef, or perhaps sit in the snug 'love seat' and relax with a drink. A handy Echo Dot (Alexa) is situated in the kitchen, the ideal helping hand when it comes to planning your day out. This quirky cottage is arranged over four levels with a short flight of steps leading down from the kitchen to the sitting-room which is light and bright thanks to a double height ceiling with reclaimed beams. A fabulous wood-burner will keep you warm in winter months and the cosy sofa is the perfect place to sit and relax watching the Smart TV. A handy cloakroom is on the ground floor and leading up a short flight of stairs from the sitting-room is a cosy reading nook, tucked away and the ideal place for a quiet holiday read.

Up another short staircase the two bedrooms await. The charming double bedroom has a four-foot six-inch, super-comfy, memory foam bed, exposed beams and stonework. Next door, the pretty twin bedroom has two two-foot six-inch beds and a lovely outlook over the quadrangle of barns to the front. The small family bathroom has a bath with electric shower over so you can choose between either a long soak or a quick refreshing shower after a day of adventure. All the rooms in the cottage are warmed via individual wall-mounted electric heaters.

Outside the enclosed garden has far reaching views over the surrounding countryside and a raised deck area, the perfect place to enjoy dreamy al fresco dining whilst the children play on the lawn. Mill Cottage is a lovely family holiday home which will welcome you at any time of year.
