Totland backs on to Tennyson Downs and is less than two miles from the enchanting Freshwater Bay, supposedly one of the most picturesque bays of the Isle of Wight. The town of Freshwater is next door to Totland and Yarmouth is around five miles away. Ideal if you want to hop on the Lymington to Yarmouth ferry to make your way to the isle.
