Tucked into a stunning and unspoilt spot on the north Cornish coast, St Agnes sits in both a designated Area of Outstanding Beauty (now known as National Landscapes) and a world heritage site and here you will find No 28 St Agnes, a fabulous holiday home for six lucky guests and it's dog-friendly too. Perfectly situated on the outskirts of the village, No 28 St Agnes has been lovingly restored to offer all on one level modern living at its very best with comfort and relaxation in mind.

Step in and discover the welcoming and vibrant kitchen and dining space. The fabulous kitchen has everything you might need for cooking up a breakfast feast or preparing a picnic to take with you to the beach. Perch at the breakfast-bar with your morning coffee and enjoy long, lazy lunches and sociable suppers at the dining-table. The sitting-room overlooking the garden is beautifully furnished, and you can easily imagine yourself unwinding here after a day exploring this special corner of Cornwall. Why not pour a glass of your favourite tipple and sink into the super comfy sofa, soak up the sea view and admire the colourful, stylish touches throughout your lovely haven. Just off the kitchen and through the utility area you'll discover a wonderful snug a perfect space for the children to go and play while the adults take a well-earned rest. Superfast WiFi is available along with a little office perfect for those that need to maintain contact with the outside world.

At the far end of No 28 St Agnes, you will find three lovely bedrooms all furnished with luxury linens and inviting beds and the family bathroom. Gorgeous bedroom one has a super comfy king-size bed where you can wake up to birdsong and swing open the patio doors and enjoy the perfect start to the day. You can walk down the steps and enjoy a coffee on the terrace or garden, what a blissful way to start your day. The contemporary family bathroom has a dreamy bath for a long soak after a day out and about, and a rain-head shower so you get the best of both worlds. Delightful bedroom two has another king-size bed and overlooks the pretty garden and bedroom three has twin beds which are perfect for our younger guests. There is an additional shower-room by the front door, just perfect for those days when you come in off the beach and need to wash away salty hair and sandy toes or paws!

The elevated garden and stepped terrace is bursting with life and has a lovely view of the far reaching sea. The lovely owners have spent a considerable amount of time and effort dedicated to ensuring it is well-stocked with flowers, shrubs and bushes for year-round interest. However, do be aware that there are some spots that dogs are able to scurry through and escape the garden. In the evenings gather together on the terrace, pour everyone a glass of something sparkly, and sit back and relax. This is a truly special place.

No 28 is a ten-minute walk into St Agnes, a friendly and welcoming village with award-winning eateries, village pubs, galleries and shops galore, with renowned surfing beaches at Trevaunance Cove and Chapel Porth and spectacular coastal footpaths. Walking to the beach takes just fifteen minutes, and if you're feeling energised why not learn to surf at Trevaunance Cove.

For those wishing to explore further afield, the Eden Project, the popular seaside resort of St Ives, the shopping city of Truro and the maritime town of Falmouth all make an easy day excursion and are just a short drive away.

This is a beautiful part of Cornwall to explore, its dramatic coastline dotted with tumbledown mine buildings, relics of Cornwall's tin mining industry (and scene of many a Poldark episode). There are miles of coastal footpaths across the nearby cliffs, where stunning sunsets turn the sky pink as the sun sinks over the water and stars sparkle in the dark night skies.
