As you step inside, you'll first discover the boot-room, ideal for your wellies and walking boots. From there, head to the gorgeous open plan kitchen and dining space, a simply delightful area for cooking up a holiday feast and gathering together to discuss the day's adventures. The kitchen is very well-equipped and has an electric Aga, a SMEG fridge/freezer and a Nespresso coffee machine, and the dining-table has seating for up to eight guests. After dinner, make your way to the cosy sitting-room, light the wood-burner and sink into the comfortable sofas for a restful evening in.

There are four beautiful bedrooms to choose from. On the ground floor, you will find a cute and cosy double bedroom and a very sweet twin bedroom. There's also a family bathroom and a wet-room on the ground floor, so you certainly won't be queuing for the bathroom in the mornings! Upstairs you will find a gorgeous king-size bedroom with a fabulous en suite, complete with a bath for those well-deserved peaceful evening soaks, and a 'zip and link' bedroom (which can be made up as a twin or a super-king) with its very own en suite shower-room.

Outside, the private, enclosed garden is a fabulous place to soak up the Cornish sun. And as night falls, light the barbecue for an evening feast before hopping in the hot tub and admiring the starlit sky.
