KingNestled on the cliffs of Trevaunance Cove and commanding one of the most desirable locations in St Agnes, this gorgeous holiday home is simply the most perfect family retreat. Goofyfoot (a surfing expression for a surfer who rides with their right foot forward) has been designed with a life to be spent outdoors in mind. Steps lead straight from the terrace onto the little road which takes you down to Trevaunance Cove and the surf in moments.
Timeless and utterly charming, Goofyfoot is an array of warm greys and fresh whites. Located all on one level the open plan living space offers versatility for your whole party. Invite the outside in as you pull back the patio doors on balmy summer days, or on chillier autumnal afternoons cosy up in front of the toasty wood-burner snug and warm. The Shaker-style kitchen is perfectly kitted out to attend to all of your holiday needs including a barista style Espresso coffee machine, and the dining-room hosts a super table which can be dressed up for family home-cooked dinners or kept casual for a post-surf breakfast. The four bedrooms all boast crisp white linens and super-comfy beds. The two bunk bedrooms are ideal for the younger guests, on one side you have a bedroom with 'zip and link' beds and on the other a king-size room. All share the family bathroom which features a large free-standing bath and separate shower, and additional shower-room with a super jet shower, WC and wash-basin.
Outside really is the icing on the cake! Here you will discover a patio seating-area with sea views, a tiered garden to explore and that oh so fabulous decked balcony. Grown-ups will adore evenings sat on the deck watching the sun set and having some quality time together, whilst the younger ones can be catching a final surf before being called in for supper.
Goofyfoot is also very dog-friendly, and with four stunning dog-friendly beaches in St Agnes, along with the coastal paths to stomp along, there's no excuse not to bring your beloved pooch along too! St Agnes is located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and also a World Heritage Site so it's no wonder that this gorgeous village is rapidly becoming one of the most popular hotspots in Cornwall. Brimming with hip and trendy cafes and pubs, and cute little local shops from butchers to candlestick makers (well you can buy local candles in the craft shops), St Agnes offers a wonderful variety for the whole family and with stunning sunsets and starry nights this flourishing coastal village has it all for a truly memorable holiday.
