Trefechan

Located in the heart of the Goonown area of St Agnes this house has many qualities and is a fabulous family-sized holiday 'home-from-home'. Only a ten minute walk to the centre of St Agnes with many eateries, galleries, cafes, shops and a 20 minute walk to the beach.

The light and bright living space is delightful and the well-equipped kitchen/diner overlooks the garden. Take a perch at the breakfast-bar with your morning coffee or enjoy sociable group meals around the dining-table. Just off the kitchen is a very handy utility-room with an extra large fridge/ freezer for all your holiday treats. The sitting-room is lovely at any time of year, snuggle up with a good film or open the sliding doors in the warmer months which open onto the large patio and lawned garden.

There are three delightful bedrooms at Trefechen, there is a double bedroom on the ground floor along with a family bathroom. On the first floor you will find a large principal bedroom with a king-size double bed. Plus a cute bunk bedroom with plenty to keep the children entertained and a family shower-room.

Outside there's oodles of space to play, soak up the sun or just sit quietly and plan the days ahead. Steps take you down to the lawn and garden area which has a table and chairs in the summer and is perfect for al fresco meals.
