This superb property is in an exclusive row of three individually designed houses just a five minute walk down the hill to St Mawes' picturesque harbour and village centre with its lovely array of shops, pubs and restaurants.

This gorgeous house has been extensively refurbished and has been equipped to a very high standard. It offers reverse level accommodation to make the most of its elevated position, with sea views towards the headland at St Anthony from the central bay window upstairs.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything any budding chef could want, plus the all-important Nespresso machine for those freshly brewed morning coffees. There are three well appointed bedrooms, one en suite, all with comfy beds and lovely linens for a restful night's sleep.

On the lower ground floor there is a drying-area, perfect for hanging wetsuits after a day at the beach, along with a games-area featuring a fold away table-tennis table which is sure to keep younger members of the party amused for hours.

Outside there is a colonial-style verandah at the front and a gravelled terraced garden area to the rear (there are steps up to the second terrace) and a dedicated parking space (please note, there is a two metre height restriction at the entrance to the parking area) as well as parking in the garage (height restriction of 1.8 metres max).

A potty, baby bath and child toilet seat can be provided on request.

St Mawes is a perfect base for exploring the Roseland peninsula – one of Cornwall's Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This area is great for walkers, wildlife lovers and for the energetic – offering a range of watersports. You can find a secluded cove or take a boat trip on the Fal Estuary, or a little further afield Truro Cathedral and the Eden Project are well worth a visit.
