Excellent accomodation, everything you need and more, lovely sea views upstairs. Exceptionally clean and lovely bed linen and towels. Very well equipped kitchen with sharp knives. And lots of choice of board games for extra entertainment. Just be aware it is a very steep hill from the centre of st mawes to the property!...

Had a great weeks stay at 2 Tregarth Cottage. The cottage was very clean and extremely well equipped. Great location with a good view of the estuary. Hardly used our car all week, walked and caught the boats to various destinations. Would recommend buying the Fal mussel card for good savings on the boats , ferries and trains. Our first time in St Mawes, will certainly return. ...

It’s a nice, large space, with bedrooms of a good size. Lovely and light in the main living area and the main bedrooms. The laminate floor upstairs is rather noisy, and if some people get up before others then those still in bed downstairs are often awoken....

We really enjoyed our stay, and did not mind in the least that it was a walk up a very steep hill from St Mawes village. The property was very clean, well equipped, modern, light and airy. Unfortunately, we found the mattress very hard and the duvets way too heavy, otherwise, everything was five star! ...
