This sweet home enjoys a sense of seclusion and tranquility whilst remaining conveniently close to the heart of Penzance in Cornwall.
This one bedroom home is surprisingly spacious with an open plan design that maximises space and light. On entering you feel a warm welcome in the modern interior protected by the expanse of natural stone from which it is built. The open plan area is filled with natural light flowing in from the surrounding beautiful mature gardens. The newly installed modern kitchen area has everything a couple could need, whether whipping up a quick breakfast, preparing a romantic dinner, or indulging in local delicacies from Penzance's markets. A Philips L'Or Barista sublime coffee machine is present for all coffee lovers too. Enjoy eating inside looking out, or on the terrace listening to the abundance of birdsong from the adjacent protected woodland.
Upstairs you are greeted with a sumptuous 'zip and link' super-king size bed with huge windows overlooking the surrounding trees and private grounds, and a generous en suite shower-room.
Outside the garden is a true highlight bursting with mature shrubs, native plants and is teeming with wildlife. A large expanse of lawn completely enclosed is a picture perfect place to picnic or light the barbecue. Love Lane Stable is a special retreat in a stunning setting.
Now you have arrived in west Cornwall, directly from this pretty property there is so much to explore. On foot along the promenade in Penzance with its breathtaking views and a true sense of coastal beauty, by walking you will appreciate the waters of Mount's Bay with the iconic silhouette of St Michael's Mount rising in the distance.
Plan a day trip to the charming village of Mousehole with its narrow streets and traditional cottages, a picturesque harbour, it feels like a postcard perfect scene. Stopping in Newlyn on your way back home buy the freshest of fish from the bustling harbour, listen to the fisherman's tales and take the advice of the local fishmongers for the best way to prepare your catch back at base.
Love Lane Stable shares its entrance from the private parking area past neighbouring Love Lane Cottage.

Please note there are steps down to both the property and the garden via the shared entrance and up into the property. In an emergency, access from the first floor is by way of a ladder through the first floor window, therefore the property is unsuitable for those with limited mobility. There is a narrow lane to access the property. *A cot is not provided, bring your own travel cot.
