Come and live the beach life at Carwin. This modern three-storey property in the village of Seaton is just over 300 yards from the warm sands and crisp waters of the village's local beach, making it perfect for those dreaming of a sunny seaside retreat. The reversed level holiday home houses five brilliant bedrooms as well as a fabulous terrace and living area, which means there's plenty of space for all your friends and family to join you on a well-deserved holiday.

Carwin takes full advantage of its reversed level layout with splendid double doors opening onto a Juliet balcony at the end of the cosy living space on the top floor. Here you can take in the refreshing sea breeze while gazing out over the Seaton Valley country park and when the weather is a little chillier, open a glass of something special and snuggle up on the sofas, chatting the night away around the warming electric fire. The super stylish kitchen with its huge central island, will delight the chefs in the group and there's oodles of storage for your delicious, locally-sourced ingredients. Start your day with a warm croissant and a welcome cuppa perched at the delightful breakfast-bar, enjoying the bird's eye view out over the surroundings with glimpses of the sea in the distance.

Leading off from the dining-area on the top floor is the fabulous, sheltered terrace which offers a superb spot to enjoy the sun in the company of a good book. When you start to feel peckish, fire up the barbecue and enjoy a wonderful al fresco dining experience on the gorgeous, raised decking area complete with a sheltered dining-table and chairs.

Downstairs on the first floor are three bedrooms, all with lavish, inviting king-size beds. One with double doors onto a Juliet balcony and another with an en suite shower, the perfect place to refresh yourself after a great night's sleep. Here you will also find the family bathroom, home to a separate shower and freestanding double ended bath, inviting you to pour in some bubbles and enjoy a lazy holiday soak. Two more bedrooms are on the ground floor, along with a huge wet-room ideal for rinsing off sandy bodies after a long day on the beach whilst beach towels and wetsuits can be hung up to dry in the large utility-room. For those who need to catch up on some emails or work whilst away or want some quite time away from the group catching up on your favourite, there's even a separate snug/office.

In the local area, there is much to see and do. The beach is sure to be your playground whether it's a morning dip, bodyboarding, venturing into the rock pools or even shore fishing. For some refreshment there's a beach cafe, pub and bistro to tempt you and even more on offer in the neighbouring village of Downderry, along with a small convenience store. At low tide, you can walk for miles along the water's edge heading west towards Looe and east to Rame Head and it's dog-friendly all year round so your four-legged friends will be in their element. Beautiful riverside walks through Seaton Country Park and Nature Reserve are right on your doorstep, where you can spot some wonderful wildlife such as otters, kingfishers and butterflies, and the working fishing town of Looe provides traditional seaside charm and where you can try your luck at crab, mackerel or even deep sea shark fishing

The pretty twinned villages of Kingsand and Cawsand, with their pastel-coloured cottages and delightful array of shops, galleries and pubs, are well worth a visit, as is nearby Mount Edgcumbe with its historic house and gardens, acres of open parkland and range of events.
