DoubleHillside is a modern family house situated in an elevated position above St Mawes, with panoramic views from the upper decking outside and from upstairs down over the river and the sea beyond. The spacious accommodation is traditionally furnished with a large sitting-room, separate dining-room, kitchen, utility-room and cloakroom on the ground floor and three good-sized bedrooms (one en suite) and shower-room above.
Perfect for families, a selection of games, books and jigsaws are provided inside while the garage houses table-tennis, air hockey and table-football, guaranteed to keep the children (and grown-ups!) occupied.
The beach, harbour shops and restaurants down the hill in St Mawes are just a 10 minute walk away, and St Mawes Castle out on Castle Point is well worth a visit.
Complete with super-fast WiFi, Hillside has a family-sized sitting-room with a large intelligent flat screen television, Blu-ray DVD player and a feature stone fireplace with built-in electric fire. The kitchen is fully fitted and has black granite work surfaces and Fired Earth tiles. A separate utility-room and cloakroom make up the rest of the ground floor accommodation, while upstairs the main bedroom has a double bed and en suite bathroom, and the twin and second double room share the shower-room. All the bedrooms have views over the village across the Percuil River towards Place Manor.
There is a terraced garden to the rear and a patio to the front, with the garden totally enclosed so that children can play safely outside.
