Coastguards is the most perfect place to stay. It is so comfortable and its position is perfect, being just a short walk away from the stunning coastal path so no need to get in the car unless you want to go further afield. Coastguards is a well presented, comfortable property for a family or a group of friends. There is a lot of space, if you want to gather together or find a quiet corner. Our 2 grandchildren loved the window seats. There are lots of lovely walks in the area and the property is very dog friendly. Our party of 4 adults and 2 children experienced on going problems with lack of water pressure, which made showering extremely difficult, and occasionally impossible, due to time delays in water pressure recovery. (Particularly when we all returned from the beach.) Julie, from Classic Cottages, was excellent in trying to resolve this problem, but despite visits from a plumber and South West Water, the problem was unresolved. We hope this can be fixed as otherwise Coastguards is a lovely house....

Peak season in small villages can, sometimes, be a drain on the overall water supply with the volume of tourists in the area leading to occasional drops in pressure.
