A licensed cafe open for breakfast and lunch with summer opening for dinner. Food is freshly prepared, the Welsh Cawl is a must! Traditional Sunday lunch is available throughout winter but it is popular so booking is essential.

Blas.

Had lunch in the rear garden and breakfast at the front. The food was first class and despite being very busy the staff were excellent, will always pay Blas a visit when we are in Newport.

A pretty coastal village with great places to eat and drink plus lots of lovely beaches nearby. Situated at the mouth of the river Nefern, stock up here with all your picnic items from the many shops and head to the beach or nearby Preseli hills.

Newport.

Fantastic places to eat with several nice pubs. Bluestone brewery is definitely worth a visit, the I.P.A. is excellent and the fish and chips at Morawelan Parrog are superb.

Known for Cenarth Falls, a series of pretty waterfalls and pools along the river Teifi, Cenarth also has a Coracle museum, a 13th century flour mill, two traditional pubs and a tea room with gardens, perfect for afternoon tea.

Step back in time with a visit to Castell Hellys where experts and archaeologists have rebuilt structures exactly where they would have been 2000 years ago. Enjoy exploring the village, woodland, riverside paths and barefoot trail. Dogs are welcome on leads (but not in the shop and cafe). Seasonal opening, it's recommended you ring to check opening times.
