Situated in the heart of the village, The Cod & Lobster serves food and drinks daily. In recent times the pub has been subject to the harsh weather, indeed a sign states "In rough weather please use the other door". Call in for hearty food, the warming fire and dramatic views of the sea. Dogs are welcome.

Nearby beach

Overlooked by rugged cliffs and the pretty village of Staithes, the beach here is sandy and great for fossil hunters (do take care around the cliff face). Dogs are allowed year round and there is no lifeguard cover.
