Welcome to Upper Red Down, a super welcoming and cosy converted barn. This beautiful barn is surrounded by 76 acres of rural bliss. Nestled in the grounds of West Yeo Farm, this stylish yet comfortable retreat offers four lucky guests the opportunity to really relax and unwind in the most tranquil of settings, the icing on the cake being your four-legged friends can come along too.

From the moment you arrive at the grounds of West Yeo Farm, you will be captivated by the grandeur of your location. Upper Red Down is the perfect rural idyll. This beautiful barn has been tastefully renovated to offer the very best of contemporary and comfortable living. The open plan living space is super comfy and inviting, fully equipped with a wood-burner for the chillier evenings, and for the brighter and warmer days and nights, the sprawling lawn and patio area make a great spot to enjoy a touch of dining al fresco, or possibly a touch of star gazing. Whether it being sparking up the barbecue, cuddling up in a snuggle rug with a glass of something tasty, or enjoying a ball game or two, your fully enclosed garden and patio is perfectly placed.

When it comes to retiring for the night, you have two beautiful bedrooms to choose from, one king-size room, the other a pretty twin room, offering flexibility for all parties. You also have a bathroom and an en suite, therefore there will be no squabbles when it comes to getting ready to venture out and about.

Upper Red Down boasts easy access to the local village of Witheridge, which is where you will find The Mitre Inn, an ideal venue to treat chef to a night off, especially as it's within a mile from your doorstep. Venturing slightly further afield you will find the market town of South Molton, both offering a healthy helping of amenities, cafes and even a pannier market.

Being nestled in-between the two coastlines, a day at the beach on either the northern or southern coast is within an hour's drive, and right on your doorstep you have an abundance of walks and trails to enjoy - your four-legged friend(s) will be in their element.

Don't leave anyone at home, Upper Red Down can be booked together with Tembridge House (5687) taking the accommodation availability to 12 guests. No one should miss out on such a fabulous holiday!

Action, adventure and numerous Devon hotspots can be easily reached from your rural holiday retreat. Being perfectly located between both northern and southern coastlines, you are treated to numerous sandy and pebble beaches, countless hot spots and attractions, along with coastal activity and attraction galore. Whichever direction you head out in, you will be treated to some of the most spectacular coastline walks and views, along with an array of activity and adventure. For the water lovers, kayaking, surfing, and paddle boarding are just a few of the activities which can be enjoyed along these stunning coastlines.

Close to home and perfect for the walkers and explorers of the party, you have an abundance of walks and trails which surround you. Why not visit RHS Rosemoor, Knighthayes House or explore in greater detail the Two Moors Way. Not forgetting you have the magical land of Exmoor National Park only a short car journey away.
