A shared gravel driveway leads you to this charming row of Cotswold terraces which stretch out below a delightful communal lawned area. This spacious area is mostly enclosed and the ideal spot for your little ones to let off some steam. The front door has a handy entrance porch where you can kick off your boots and hang your coats after a day exploring the beautiful surrounding countryside.

Inside, you are greeted by an inviting living area with original features and coal-effect fireplace, it is the perfect space for relaxing after a day of exploring the local area.

A hallway leads you to an enchanting kitchen which has recently been renovated by the owners. Expect a joyous mix of earthy tones and quirky touches providing an uplifting space to share a delicious meal or relax with a coffee whilst admiring the view of the pretty cottage garden. This rustic yet well-appointed kitchen has all the modern amenities for your culinary delights.

The vibrant colours continue through to the downstairs bathroom which has been tastefully decorated with luscious blue tiles and benefits from a fitted overhead rain shower, the perfect space to unwind with a relaxing bath, or freshen up before the day's adventures.

Upstairs you can choose between two comfortable bedrooms (one king-size and one standard double), the double room enjoys views of the communal lawns and has a handy pull-out single bed, whilst the king-size bedroom looks out to the wonderfully tranquil private garden.

Situated on the outskirts of Blockley village, you'll be just a stone's throw away from the stunning Cotswold countryside, offering endless opportunities for scenic walks, bike rides, and exploration of the charming nearby villages. Blockley village itself boasts a friendly community, quaint pubs, local shops, and a sense of peace and tranquility that is quintessentially Cotswold. The popular Blockley Cafe is also well worth a visit and serves delicious food throughout the day and evening meals.

Nearby Stow-on-the-Wold provides speciality shopping as well as a supermarket, banks, library and petrol station. Sezincote is a Mughal Indian palace set in the Cotswold Hills, guided tours are available and the gardens are stunning. Moreton-in-Marsh is a bustling market town with a popular market every Tuesday and a good selection of cafes, restaurants and pubs.
