The main living-room is the epitome of a social space - from the cosy sofas to the large dining-table you can spread out and enjoy some valuable family time together. The kitchen-area has been finished to a high standard and has all the mod-cons one would wish to find. Throw open the patio doors on those sunny days and watch the younger members of the party let off steam. Finishing off the ground floor accommodation is the handy utility space - plenty of room for the bucket and spaces - this leads to a shower-room where you can wash off those sandy toes!

With lots to explore on the Island, you can head west along Military Road to visit Freshwater Bay and The Needles - an absolute must for everyone. There are plenty of historic homes and gardens to enjoy - the most famous being Osborne House - originally the home of Queen Victoria, it houses many objects on loan from the Royal Collection Trust.
For families looking to have a traditional bucket and spade adventure, the beaches at Ryde and Seagrove Bay are not far away.
