Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and commanding one of the most desirable locations in Praa Sands, this rather special holiday home is simply the most perfect family retreat. With sea views from nearly every aspect, Gulls Way has been designed with a life to be spent outdoors in mind.

Timeless and utterly charming, Gulls Way is an array of coastal blue hues and fresh whites. Arrive and walk straight into the sun-room. Located all on one level take a step up into the open plan living space which offers versatility for your whole party. Invite the outside in as you open the patio door on balmy summer days, or on chillier autumnal afternoons cosy up in front of the toasty open fire, snug and warm. The Shaker-style kitchen is perfectly kitted out to attend to all your holiday needs. The stunning sunroom hosts a super table which can be dressed up for family home-cooked dinners or kept casual for a post-surf breakfast. The three bedrooms all boast crisp white linens and super-comfy beds, and all share the family bathroom which features a bath with shower attachment.

Outside really is the icing on the cake! Here you will discover a patio seating-area with jaw dropping sea views. The perfect spot for an early evening sun downer. To the rear of the property, you will discover a fabulous outdoor hot shower, which is perfect for washing off wetsuits and sandy toes. You will notice that the lovely owners have fitted "Private" chains across all accesses to the rear tiered garden. This is for your wellbeing along with the sign at the front highlighting the drop from the terrace onto the road. A sloped driveway leads straight from the terrace onto the little road which takes you down to the beach and the surf in moments.

Praa Sands is rapidly becoming one of Cornwall's hidden hot spots. A new addition is The Welloe a laid-back beachside bar serving hearty breakfasts and home-made pizzas and where you can kick back and listen to local bands several times a week. Fancy learning to surf? Then why not book a day's tuition at the surf school located on the beach. If you enjoy a game of golf then don't forget to pack your clubs, as you have Praa Sands Golf and Country Club close by.

You're also ideally positioned to explore the South West Coast Path with its wild and rugged coastline, so don't forget to pack your walking boots. This gorgeous National Landscape, formerly known as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, is home to a stunning coastline and hidden coves.

Just a ten-minute drive away is the lovely seaside town of Porthleven. Centred around the harbour, it boasts an array of cafes, restaurants and galleries and exudes a chilled, relaxed atmosphere. Porthleven is the most southerly working port in the UK, with fishing boats operating in and out of the harbour. This makes the town a great spot to enjoy some delicious seafood, straight from the fishing boats to the restaurants, it couldn't be fresher! Famed for its amazing choice of restaurants such as Kota Kai, The Square, and recently renovated Amelies.

Head further west and you'll stumble across Marazion and the iconic St Michael's Mount, the historic town of Penzance, the fishing village of Newlyn and picturesque Mousehole.
