Montaza is a Grade II Listed, 18th Century detached cottage set in the heart of the bustling village of Goldsithney.

With its warming red Aga in the kitchen (the main cooking appliance however, an electric hob, air fryer and microwave are also provided) and a roaring open fire in the sitting/dining-room, this traditional cottage is the perfect place to relax and get away from it all.

The ground floor has a cloakroom and a second sitting-room for those wishing to take some time out. The kitchen leads out to an enclosed courtyard and steps up to the lawn. The three spacious bedrooms, compact shower-room and family bathroom are on the first floor.

Montaza is ideally located for a beach holiday, with the golden sands of Perranuthnoe just one mile distant, and Marazion and St Michael's Mount two miles away. There are also two excellent pubs and a grocery shop within a few hundred yards of the property.

Slightly further afield, Paradise Park Wildlife Sanctuary down in Hayle has over 130 different species of bird, as well as otters, squirrels, farm animals (to name but a few) and hosts many events throughout the year. Godolphin House and Gardens (National Trust) is a Grade 1 listed property with medieval gardens to explore, plant sales and a cafe and is just a few miles away.

If walking the coastal path appeals, pick it up at Perranuthnoe, making a pit stop at The Cabin Beach Café on your way. Or perhaps go inland and amble up Godolphin Hill or climb Tregonning Hill for a stunning view of both North and South coasts. And for something a little different, why not pack a picnic and pay a visit to the charming Tanglewood Wild Garden at Newbridge with woodland walks, ponds and an abundance of wildlife. There really is a lot of things to do in this area for both children and adults, it will be difficult deciding what to do and where to go first.
