St Mawes on the Roseland peninsula is a magical place for a holiday and Pedn Lodge is a stunning contemporary holiday abode offering luxury living for families or friends looking for an indulgent getaway. Whether you choose to relax in your fabulous sub-tropical gardens with panoramic sea views over the ocean towards St Anthony Head, or venture down the lane into the pretty village with vibrant harbour and delightful beaches, Pedn Lodge has all the ingredients for the perfect holiday.

Pedn Lodge offers contemporary living at its very best and no expense has been spared in creating this stunning home where from the moment you arrive you will realise you are somewhere very special.

Secure gates lead into the large parking area and the front door takes you into the hallway. From here the open plan living space begins with the kitchen, beautifully designed and equipped with everything you will need. A separate utility-room has a washer and tumble-drier should you require and a convenient cloakroom is next door.

The dining-table sits next to the kitchen where everyone can gather to chat about the day ahead. Down two steps and the glorious sitting-area awaits, with super comfy sofas and beautiful furnishings, this elegant open plan room makes the most of the stunning location with mesmerising views from every window. Should you be able to tear yourself away from the sea vistas a Smart TV provides entertainment after a busy day. Bi-fold doors lead out from here onto the dreamy patio where al fresco dining beckons from dawn until dusk. The sunny terrace is ideal for early morning breakfasts and long lazy lunches, or fire up the charcoal barbecue for an evening feast to remember. Feel free to wander around the beautifully tended gardens or perhaps relax on a lounger with a good book, you are blessed with options here.

Each bedroom is beautifully furnished with luxury linens and decorated in soft nautical hues, perfect for a restful sleep. Bedrooms one and three are twin bedrooms on the ground floor, ideal for either children or adults alike. Bedroom two, the main bedroom on the ground floor, has a magical view towards the sea from the patio windows and the added benefit of an en suite shower-room. The family bathroom on this floor is beautifully styled and has a bath for a long soak and a walk-in rainfall shower.

Climb the handcrafted staircase and the snug awaits on the first floor. This cleverly designed space has a TV and large sofa, ideal if guests have different choices when it comes to movie night! A perfectly positioned easy chair invites you to curl up and take in the view from the floor to ceiling window. If work calls whilst you are away there's a handy desk here too. Bedroom four can also be found on this floor, a gorgeous space with a Juliet balcony to make the most of the views and a handy en suite shower-room.

Whether you plan to spend your holiday time sitting in blissful tranquility in the gardens or choose to explore further afield, a holiday at Pedn Lodge will make wonderful memories at any time of year.

Visit the Roseland peninsula to see Cornwall at its very best. Renowned for its beautiful countryside, gorgeous beaches and miles of coastal walks you really have found a little piece of heaven here! Leave your peaceful surroundings at Pedn Lodge, Summers beach and St Mawes village centre are a mere five-minute stroll away. A bustling harbour provides the backdrop to a charming hamlet with a selection of shops, boutiques and restaurants where you can choose between fine dining, fish and chips from the harbour wall and everything in between.

The passenger ferry runs a regular seasonal service across the bay to cosmopolitan Falmouth and lesser-known areas such as Place, a gorgeous, secluded bay with its very own manor house. Walk from here around St Anthony headland stopping off at Towan beach cafe for a coffee and home-made cake, the selection of walks between the river and sea are truly stunning. Water sports lovers will delight in the calm waters of the harbour where paddle boarding and kayaking are a must and families can choose between several pretty beaches for some traditional seaside fun.

A short journey away the Hidden Hut sits overlooking Porthcurnick beach where guests sit side by side on wooden benches enjoying the freshest of local produce. Further afield a day out at the mighty biomes of the Eden Project should not be missed, or perhaps The Lost Gardens of Heligan, lost in time after WW1 and now restored to its full beautiful glory.

With far reaching views across the bay from the castle of St Mawes to the castle of Pendennis, Pedn Lodge has everything you could wish for in a luxurious holiday, so what are you waiting for?
