Portscatho is a charming unspoilt village in the heart of the beautiful Roseland peninsula and Seaglass sits in an enviable position at the head of a quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac, a mere five minute stroll away from the village centre. Seaglass has been created to offer contemporary living in style and comfort.

The drive through the Roseland peninsula will take you through verdant countryside, peaceful villages and give glimpses of the most stunning coastline. Ample parking can be found in front of Seaglass (parking is not permitted on the drive to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children and pets). All on one level, this charming single storey holiday abode has everything you need for a chilled-out holiday.

The front door leads into the hall with the open plan L-shaped living space to the right and the bedrooms to the left. Furnished in calming pastel shades, the sitting-area is the perfect place to relax. Sink into the super-comfy corner sofa and watch your favourite movie on the Smart TV. The dining-table sits in between the sitting-area and the kitchen, ideal for sociable dinning, and next to the patio doors so you can choose to eat in or dine al fresco depending on the weather. The kitchen completes the living-room, and this well-designed space has everything you will need to create a holiday meal, there's even a dishwasher so no squabbling over the washing up here!

Three bedrooms lead off the hallway, each one cosily furnished. Bedroom one has a huge super-king size bed, perfect for a great night's sleep. The single bedroom can accommodate either an adult or a child and a convenient desk in this room provides space if work calls. The remaining bedroom is oh so pretty and children will look forward to bedtime in this room with its gorgeous bunk-beds, a four-foot lower bunk and three-foot single above.

Outside, Seaglass has a large wrap-around lawn which the children and the family dog will enjoy. There are sea views from the elevated front garden over the peninsula towards St Anthony Head so bring your binoculars to watch yachts sailing past. The large garden continues around the back of the property where you can sit in the sun in this peaceful haven dining al fresco on the patio from dawn until dusk. Welcome to Seaglass, a little bit of Cornish heaven!

Portscatho is a pretty, unspoilt village on the south-westerly tip of the Roseland peninsula with stunning views over Gerrans Bay, a choice of beautiful beaches and a picturesque harbour. The village centre is just a five minute stroll away from Seaglass and here you'll find a choice of eateries and shops where you can stock up on holiday essentials. A short distance along the coast path the Hidden Hut sits overlooking Porthcurnick beach where guests sit side by side on wooden benches dining on the freshest of local produce (book ahead for feast nights, they are very popular!).

If you'd prefer to dine in, Curgurrell Farm Shop can be found a short car ride away where you can stock up on delicious local seafood, home-grown meats, vegetables, fruit and bread. For dining out, the bustling village of St Mawes has lots to offer foodies from fish and chips eaten from paper sitting on the sea wall to fine dining in one of several quality establishments and you will also find a selection of shops and galleries, all situated around the harbour. Water sports enthusiasts have a variety of options here with paddle boarding and kayaking being perfect for exploring the many surrounding coves and inlets.

History buffs should head up the hill to St Mawes Castle, a well-preserved coastal artillery fortress which stands guard overlooking the bay. The maritime town of Falmouth can be reached by passenger ferry from the harbour, and this makes for a splendid day out exploring. Further afield the mighty biomes of the Eden Project should be on your "to do list" or perhaps The Lost Gardens of Heligan, left to ruin since WWI and restored to their former glory thirty years ago. Wherever you plan to spend your days, returning to Seaglass will be a pleasure, so what are you waiting for?
