Perched above the market town of Camelford with commanding views that stretch out to the rugged landscape of Bodmin Moor, this charming pad is only the shortest of drives to the stunning north Cornish coast. Bring the whole family along to be part of this holiday adventure, whether you plan fun-filled days on the beach, a brisk stomp across majestic moorland and coastal footpaths, leisurely lunches at harbourside pubs and cafes or exploring historic houses and gardens, there really is something for everyone.

Decorated throughout in relaxing shades of grey, punctuated with flashes of colour, open plan living is the order of the day to maximise your time together and make the most of the view. Patio doors draw you to that view and lead out to the fab decking-area where meals can be savoured in the fresh air or a lazy afternoon spent chilling in the hammock.

When it's time for bed, the three bedrooms promise a good night's sleep, setting you up ready for the next day's adventure.

Pack up the car and head out from this great location for some action-packed days. Why not explore the view you see from your decking and head to Bodmin Moor, conquering Roughtor and Brown Willy, Cornwall's two highest peaks along the way; or for further rambles the coastal path along the north coast offers a very different landscape. The pretty villages of Boscastle, with its tiny harbour and shops and galleries, and historic Tintagel are close by and a little further down the coast Port Isaac is simply quite charming.

The Camel Trail, a 17 mile track leading from Bodmin Moor all the way out to Padstow on the coast, makes for a perfect day on two wheels but don't worry if you can't manage the whole route as you can join it at Bodmin or Wadebridge, and for a day at the seaside we recommend Trebarwith and Polzeath.

Located close to the town centre of Camelford but tucked away for some peace and privacy you can simply head down the hill into the town to stock up on daily provisions, sampling some local ale at the Mason's Arms before picking up some fish and chips for an easy supper.
