Was a lovely stay and even had some snow which was a great thrill for my little girl. Lovely and warm in side even when it's -2 Out side. We will be back again to stay so we can see family and friends again.

Had a great 4 week stay at the Celtic Reach cottage. Would highly recommend it to everyone that is considering a stay in the area.

Mrs Harvey December 2024

We had a wonderful week at Celtic Reach, celebrating Christmas. The cotrage was warm and cosy and immaculately clean. We were a party of four and the cottage was a perfect size. Later in the week my parents joined us and it felt like a bit of a squeeze in the lounge area. (Luckily we had told them to bring a couple of camping chairs so it was fine). The kitchen was lovely and everything worked. All the mugs and plates etc were brand new. Please note you only get the bare minimum of 'essentials' (2x bin liners, handful of dishwasher tablets, no cling film, foil). We ended up having to buy these things plus extra toilet rolls, handwash, foil etc to get us through the week. The bedrooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated. They got a little hot during the night but we just opened the windows. It was in a peaceful and quiet location so this was not a problem. Good double drive for parking. Traditional pub at bottom of steep hill (about 5 mins walk down and 10 min walk back up!!) There were a few takeaway options locally but we didn't try them (mixed reviews on google). There was a lovely park in the village with a zip line for kids and other exercise/play empty. It also has a circular walk which runs next to the river. The loop took about 20 mins which was a nice stroll while the Christmas turkey cooked. The location was good. We visited loads of places from our base, most of which were 30 - 60 mins away. We had very foggy weather which made the roads a bit of a nerve wracking drive at times, but that's Cornwall! We would recommend this cottage for a family of 4 for ultimate comfort....

We do only provide a starter pack of items for our guests all of which can be found on our website under 'What's in the kitchen cupboards.' The feedback on the space is appreciated. It sounds like you took advantage of the nearby area and managed to have some action-packed days. Hopefully returning to Celtic Reach in the evening was the perfect comfort to end your busy days. We look forward to seeing you all again soon. Chloe, Customer Support. ...

Dr Ferrario July 2024

The accommodation was spacious, quiet and as described on the website. The property was of a very high quality, well equipped with modern fittings and spotlessly clean. The property is ideally situated for accessing locations in North Cornwall, but visiting further afield can involve a lot of driving along narrow country lanes. Camelford itself has limited services and does not offer much in the way of dining options....
