Parc an Nance Barn is a tucked away chocolate box delight. This dreamy, detached barn is located next to the local village school, and with views of the church and a pub just minutes away get ready to immerse yourself in true countryside living.

Walk up the gravelled path past the very pretty shrubs and trees and you'll find a warm welcome through the front door. This lovingly converted granite barn is beautifully restored with whitewashed walls and furnishings in soft greens, pinks and creams, and is perfect for families or couples simply wanting that extra bit of space.

The layout is reversed so the living area is upstairs with gorgeous warm wooden floors, two sofas ideally placed near the wood-burner (perfect for snuggling up on a winter night), and a good-sized television for cosy movie nights. You'll find the country style kitchen upstairs too - with a hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, there's all you need to put together a delicious meal (maybe some fresh fish, caught and bought straight off the boat). There is a cute cottage style table in the kitchen area for long leisurely family suppers or wander outside on warmer days and take your meals al fresco on your own private terrace.

The three pretty bedrooms are all located on the ground floor. The main bedroom with super comfy king-sized bed is beautifully decked with luscious linens, throws and cushions. French windows lead outside - perfect for a morning coffee listening to the birdsong. This room also boasts beautiful antique furniture. Bedrooms two and three both have single beds with an option to have an additional 2ft 6 trundle bed in bedroom three. The stylish bathroom has under-floor heating and a wonderful bath to soak in after a day out exploring.

Outside you have a useful little outhouse where you can store your bikes, surfboards and wetsuits. Here you will find a washing machine and handy outside loo too!

Nestled in west Cornwall, Parc an Nance Barn is perfectly located to explore the beauty of this part of Cornwall, plus you're also spoilt for choice when it comes to places to eat too.

Just five minutes' drive away is the lovely harbour village of Porthleven. Centred around the harbour, it boasts an array of cafes, restaurants and galleries and exudes a chilled, relaxed atmosphere. Porthleven is the most southerly working port in the UK, with fishing boats operating out of the harbour. This makes the town a great spot to enjoy some delicious seafood, straight from the fishing boats to the restaurants, it couldn't be fresher! Famed for its amazing choice of restaurants such as Kota Kai (great for families), The Square and Kota, it also has a great beach, part of which is dog-friendly all year around.

Head further west and you'll stumble across Marazion and the iconic St Michael's Mount, the historic town of Penzance, the fishing village of Newlyn and picturesque Mousehole. Further still is the amazing Minack Theatre and stunning Porthcurno beach.

Make sure to visit Praa Sands during your stay, not only is it a hot spot for surfers but you can also learn to surf here too! Book in advance as it gets super busy in the summer months.

You're also ideally positioned to explore the South West Coast Path with its wild and rugged coastline, so don't forget to pack your walking boots. Further afield is The Lizard, a gorgeous National Landscape and home to stunning coastline and beaches, such as the famed Kynance Cove, and wonderful countryside too.
