Situated on the edge of the picturesque coastal village of Portscatho and re-decorated throughout in 2020, this wonderfully spacious bungalow has recently been refurbished to a very high standard with a light and airy coastal style and colourful accents to provide excellent holiday accommodation.

Set back from the road with an enclosed sunny south-facing rear garden, there is off-road parking for three cars and level access between the parking-area and front entrance. There is also a VoltShare charging point for electric vehicles, payment for usage can be made via an app.

The National Trust coastal path is at the bottom of the road, and a five minute stroll across the cliffs leads to sandy Pothcurnick beach with its renowned beach cafe 'The Hidden Hut'.

There are a multitude of wonderful eating places within a few miles, from the famous Hidden Hut at Porthcurnick beach, the Rosevine and Driftwood hotels with their outstanding restaurants, and The Idle Rocks and Hotel Tresanton in nearby St Mawes which both offer exceptional food and sublime sea views.

For those guests bringing a furry friend they may like to know that both of the pubs in the village are dog-friendly.

There are galleries selling original Cornish art, farmers’ markets and renowned Cornish gardens to explore. The nearby King Harry Ferry crosses the River Fal giving easy access to the pretty Cathedral City of Truro, maritime Falmouth and the dramatic cliffs and sandy surfing beaches of the north coast.

Properties on the Roseland are perfectly placed to explore Portscatho, St Mawes, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, the Eden Project, Portloe and Charlestown. The Nare Hotel (at Carne beach) with their Carne Bay Spa is open to non-residents and special packages are available for using the hotel’s fabulous facilities and enjoying a treatment in the Spa. The nearby beaches are stunning – Porthcurnick, Porthbean, Pendower and Carne to name but a few.
