From the main open plan living area you head downstairs to three of the bedrooms.

The dining-table will bring the family together for a family feast.
The house is dog-friendly, however we kindly ask that dogs remain in the main open plan area.
Head upstairs to the main suite.
The main bedroom is a luxury suite with stunning views out towards Dartmoor and the estuary.

The main bedroom benefits from a rather lovely en suite, enjoying both a bath and shower. Take care around the sloping ceilings.
Head back downstairs to the other bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 is a beautifully calm bedroom benefitting from an en suite shower-room. Please note that before your arrival the bedroom will be fitted with blinds.

The sumptuous family bathroom sits between bedroom 2 and 3.
Not only is there a bath but a shower cubicle for speed in the mornings.
After a day walking the coast path or a few hours on the beach head home to enjoy a luxurious soak in the bath.

The perfect room for little people or grown ups to enjoy.
Should you need to work or retreat, this perfect snug offers a calm backdrop to the excitement of any holiday.
This room also offers far reaching views towards Dartmoor.

Just outside the snug you will discover the four person hot tub, perfectly positioned for privacy from the rest of the house and to take in the views.
Head back into the house and enjoy bedroom 3 which has a fabulous vaulted ceiling and huge windows.

Whilst you sit and enjoy a meal you can watch the children play.
No garden is complete without an outdoor sitting-area and an open fire.
As night falls light the fire, pour a glass of wine and relax into the evening.

Head down past the pond and find the swing. Please note that children should be supervised as the swing swings out over the hill with no ground below.
To the front of the house you will discover another entertaining area that makes the most of the evening sun.
The owners have made this a fun entertaining area with a charcoal barbecue.
This is a perfect hangout area to indulge in a late night game of cards.
Head through the electric gate and down to The Pool House.
Head to Wembury to enjoy the beach or miles and miles of coast path.
The maritime city of Plymouth and the stylish Barbican area are well worth a visit.
Plymouth Hoe is a fabulous spot to take in a rather special view.
The coast path, where you can explore miles in either direction, is just a short drive from your front door.
Head to Dartmoor and the great outdoors.

excellent property for a family holiday, but for use two it was a very quiet and relaxing place for us to unwind.
