Barrington Court, a Tudor manor owned by the National Trust, is a short drive away.
Montacute House, another National Trust property, is also worth a visit.
Why not hop on the West Somerset Steam Railway that leaves from Bishops Lydeard?

In addition to the hot tub being warm & ready, it was lovely to be welcomed with cider, wine, milk & yummy homemade brownies

We had never stayed in a hut before so i booked it for my partners 30th and we had such a relaxing experience. The owners where amazing and provided everything you need. The views are beautiful along with the sheep and lambs as your neighbours. Couldn’t of asked for better. Everyone needs to experience this hut. Make sure you get in the hot tub and star gaze. Everything was perfect. Peaceful farm with a few horses and sheep as company. Lovely pub locally. So nice to sit outside by the fire and in the hot tub
