Very comfortable and well equipped cottage situated a few miles outside of St. Austell towards Truro. Lovely hosts, nothing too much trouble. Covered parking for a car. Nice view across the fields. Everything you need for a great stay.

Visited this cottage for a long weekend and we found this to be a great place to stay. Not too far from the main road and within easy reach of places of interest that we wanted to visit. On arrival we were met by the owner and shown in to the cottage, which was clean and comfortable. Good to have covered parking, especially when we went as it was fairly wet and windy. Plenty of storage in the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Ideal cottage for 2 people. ...

Little Downderry Barn is the perfect holiday hideaway. Internal deco is beautifully done and everything one could need is provided for. Pia and Conrad are the perfect hosts. We shall certainly be returning.
