A lovely cottage in a very good location for visiting both North and South Cornwall. The cottage is very well equipped and everything looks very new and is very clean.The decor and equipment is all matching.The kitchen is spacious with plenty of cupboard space. The bed was very comfortable with good quality bedlinen and towels. The owners were very friendly and made us feel welcome. We cannot fault the property in any way....

The owners Pia & Conran were very friendly & amazingly helpful as they live next door. The Little Downberry Barn was very homely with lovely personal touches. The Barn is in a very quiet location & easy access to many places.
