We had a good stay at lawn end it was lovely to be so near to the beach. There were some nice touches and we enjoyed reading the books and playing the games at the house..There is a nature reserve nearby that had some interesting ducks and walking around the village was also near and had a brilliant community shop also cafés and restaurants close to the house. The garden was sunny and we were able to sit outside for meals....

Location very good. Lack of food storage space , coffee table not fit for it’s purpose . Whilst we did not need the upstairs bedroom, the access stairs were dangerous.

Thank you very much for your review. We're happy to hear you liked the location of this property, it is quite perfect for exploring Seaview and beyond. We appreciate your feedback on the coffee table, storage space and stairs. We try to make our property descriptions as accurate as possible so we have included a photograph of the stairs and a note to let guests know they are steep. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts. Chloe, Customer Support....

We were disapppointed with Lawn End. The location of the property in Seaview was good and the outside garden was lovely. The pergola was very pleasant to sit under. The interior decor was painted in shades of beige with unusual objects on the walls. The rug in the lounge didn’t look clean. The large item atop the rug didn’t function as a coffee table , as it was sloping, there three large bowls on it , so no space to put anything on it. The interior of the oven was dirty and there were no oven gloves . The main en-suite bedroom was rather dark, not helped by the beige decor, and the misted up windows due to faulty double glazing didn’t help. I found the large picture of a Japanese lady in the bedroom not to my taste. The throw on the bed had holes in it and one of the cushions on the bed was stained and looked rather shabby. The second bedroom was small with a narrow space between the bed and the wall. Neither bedroom had space for a chair. The towels were fresh and clean. We used the snug to leave our suitcases in. The Wi-Fi is good , but there is no telephone reception in the property, although there is out in the street. ...

What a super property in a wonderful location, close to Seaview village and only one street away from the beach. Perfect for a couple or small family, mini break out of season as I did or a long summer holiday. Comfy beds, great shower, nice and quiet....
