This is the view as you descend Cobb Road. The little gate is the access path to Cobb Cottage and the parking is just below. Turn right into the car park and the allocated space is at the end on the right.
The parking space for Cobb Cottage is located to the back far right of the car park (adjacent to the tree stump). The cottage is just above, accessed via a footpath.

An excellent property. Clean, comfortable, very well equipped and plenty of space for a family group. Location is ideal for quick walks to harbour, beach and town. Car parking space is best suited to a small or medium sized car but a great asset in Lyme. Additional spaces can be prearranged with Undercliff guest house. Beautiful characterful cottage in an excellent location. This was our first visit to Lyme Regis and we had a lovely weekend away with our grown up family and small dog. Loved the town and beaches. The cottage was very stylishly decorated with plenty of space for everyone, very comfortable beds and the kitchen was really well equipped. The sofa in the conservatory was the perfect place to sit with a morning cup of tea and watch the sea view! Would highly recommend!...
