This is the view as you descend Cobb Road. The little gate is the access path to Cobb Cottage and the parking is just below. Turn right into the car park and the allocated space is at the end on the right.
The parking space for Cobb Cottage is located to the back far right of the car park (adjacent to the tree stump). The cottage is just above, accessed via a footpath.

The cottage is in an excellent position and is well equipped and comfortable for a family. Although I think could be quite tight for 8 adults. The bedrooms and downstairs furnishings are comfortable and homely and kitchen is well equipped. The parking space is really small and difficult to access when car spaces around it are in use. Great if you intend to park up and not use car for the week! ...

This was the best cottage we’ve ever had in terms of location, just a short walk to the sandy beach. Perfect for kids of all ages. Very well equipped although the induction hob took a bit of getting used to! The parking space is quite tight for a large car - thank goodness for parking cameras/sensors! Our second car was parked in Holmbush car park at the top of the hill for a week for £50. ...

Excellent historic holiday cottage in a great location, so handy for the beach and the town. Lots of space inside and in the garden. The inclusion of a parking space is an asset in Lyme Regis.
