Originally two Coastguard Officer's Cottages, the owners have sympathetically restored Cobb Cottage retaining many original features.

The large fridge/freezer has plenty of space for all those holiday treats and a few chilled bottles.
Breakfast on the terrace, what better start to a day with a view across to Lyme Bay and Monmouth beach.
Two courtyard areas either side of the dining-room provide a very tranquil spot.
The fully glazed terrace is a great place to watch the changing seascape, whatever the weather.

These beautiful Grade II listed cottages are south-facing so enjoy the sun and sea views.
The ground floor bathroom has a large heated towel rail for toasty warm bathing.

This is the view as you descend Cobb Road. The little gate is the access path to Cobb Cottage and the parking is just below. Turn right into the car park and the allocated space is at the end on the right.
The parking space for Cobb Cottage is located to the back far right of the car park (adjacent to the tree stump). The cottage is just above, accessed via a footpath.

We loved everything about Cobb Cottage and it's fabulous location. Would love to come back in warmer weather although we were lucky during our stay and had very little rain Our granddaughters had a fabulous time on the fossil hunting tour booked through the museum. ...

Absolutely lovely property, immaculately clean, and so well located for the beach! The open fire in the main lounge was a real treat (as we stayed in winter). The house offers plenty of space to not be on top of each other, inc a lovely snug. Great kitchen, very well equipped. We stay in Lyme a few times a year, so can highly recommend the area and now this property. ...

Cobb Cottage is just beautiful, quirky, comfortable, well equipped and in a prime location for the beach. The housekeeper is a phone call away if any issues arise and is very efficient and friendly. We love spending Christmas there with the family.

Spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable. Very well equipped in the kitchen and with books, also beach toys for children. We liked sitting in the warm conservatory when the weather was cool. Parking could be difficult in that central part of Lyme Regis but we had no problems, we used the allocated space for one car and paid the owner of the same private car park for an additional space at a similar rate to the public car parks. The cottage was within easy walking distance from the Cobb, beach, cafes, restaurants and shops....
