We couldn't fault a thing. The property is ideally located just a short walk away from St Mawes waterfront, yet in a lovely peaceful street. The house is fully equipped with everything you would need, and is very spacious and comfortable. Can't wait to go back....

A perfect cottage to spend time in St Mawes. Beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and just so comfortable with views of the sea. The kitchen has all the equipment one could wish for. Outside seating area with barbecue is perfect for relaxing in long summer evenings with a glass of something special. A car parking space is something rare in St. Mawes. Our favourite place to stay....

A fantastically positioned and equipped house. Having a drive and garage for parking was great, and rather useful in St Mawes. Lovely views of the estuary/sea from the lounge window seat.
