We thought the Old School Gables and owners were really excellent - the Gables were spotlessly clean, well thought out and equipped, warm, comfortable and we will most likely be returning sometime. The owners were very welcoming us and our dogs, and even looked after the dogs (and took them to the pub!) when we went out to a show. So, and all round perfect weekend away! Highly recommended....

The location is great for exploring the whole of Dorset and southeast Devon. There are a host of great places to eat within 30 minutes, one next door. Of the many cottages we have stayed in over the years this is by far the most likely to see us make a return visit....
