The shower-room has a convenient wet-room shower-area. It can be accessed directly from the single bedroom too.
The single bedroom is tucked away at the back of the cottage - again, not overlooked at all.
There is plenty of storage in this bedroom too
By the entrance door is your utility-area and to the left of it the cloakroom.
The Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is renowned for its natural habitats..... some prefer to visit the pretty garden that the cottage looks out over !

The National Trust gardens and house at Killerton between Tiverton and Exeter.

Our stay at Birch House studio was just fabulous. The cottage had everything you could require for a luxurious and peaceful stay in the Blackdown hills. The owners, Judy & Tim were just lovely people and most helpful with local information. We enjoyed the many walks on the doorstep and to be perfectly honest didn't really want to leave !...

Extremely comfortable and well equipped property in a quiet country location. Many local walks available in unspoilt countryside. Plenty of local information available. We were blessed with glorious weather during our stay and able to make full use of the patio area for breakfast and evening meals. Friendly and welcoming owners but not intrusive. Having never visited Blackdown Hills we were pleasantly surprised and would certainly consider revisiting....
