We loved the location of this cottage, right next to a wonderful woodland walk Property was warm and comfortable, the owner , Verner, couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful, we felt like firm friends immediately. Access to the property was down quite a narrow lane but after a couple of days we were more confident. A nearby pub in a gorgeous village was handy and only a few minutes' drive away. The name says it all, a late September holiday and looking out of the full height windows you can watch nature all day, there is a footpath through the woods, which was a bit overgrown (end of season) so didn't manage the full walk. A gorgeous modern barn conversion that retains thick walls and beams. Facilities include dish washer and washing machine, WiFi worked well with sky (only Freeview available to us) and dvd player The lovely lady owner is on hand if any problems and once you figured out the journey the local pub in Luxulyan serves delicious home cooked food and very recommendable ...

Snuggledown Cottage, Par is a delightful place to stay. Very peaceful in the heart of rural Cornwall. The drive to the cottage through country lanes is narrow. If you have a very smart car maybe not advisable. I would go back there now if I could. Spacious for two people, beautifully put together. I hope I may go again one day with my husband. ...

The owner was absolutely lovely and the cottage was immaculate. There was milk in the fridge, biscuits, bottle of wine and cleaning stuff too! Lovely large garden area and lots of parking. We had a fabulous time.
