We had an absolutely wonderful holiday at Snuggledown. The cottage had everything we could have possibly have needed and is perfectly located to explore Cornwall. Our 18 month old LOVED greeting the cows in the field opposite in the morning. Verna was so incredibly helpful and on hand to answer any questions. The garden was great for the dog too. We cannot wait to visit again. ...

This is a wonderful cottage, we loved all the windows. Very well equipped! We had a very restful 2 weeks there. The garden is fabulous and so much space our dogs loved it. If you are unlucky enough, like us, to need a vet, the recommended vet is amazing! Please feed the Robin who is so tame, come for breakfast every day!...

A lovely house - perfect for a couple and a dog! The living area was spacious comfortably furnished with a wonderful outlook over the garden and surrounding fields. The garden was huge, well kept and our dog thoroughly enjoyed chasing the many rabbits! The owners were very friendly and made sure everything was perfect...

Mr Heber July 2024
If you are a lover of nature, beautiful countryside and you like peace and quiet then this property is for you. As others have mentioned, the lanes leading up to it are very narrow, but in the whole of our July week we only bumped onto one other car. The cottage was spacious, had everything we needed, and the owner is lovely and made us very welcome. There are some lovely beaches nearby and local pubs serving good food. From the property you can walk down into the historic and beautiful Luxulyan Valley. The Eden Project is only 2 miles away and there are many other interesting places to visit in the surrounding area. We loved our week at Snuggledown....

Mrs Johnston June 2024
Our cottage was very spacious for 2 people and so private, comfortable and warm, in a lovely rural setting. There is the original farmhouse built in Cornish stone, where the owner lives, and the other 2 barns have been converted into holiday accommodation. The larger property, Trethevey, could sleep up to 6 people, so it would make a wonderful place for family gatherings. We explored old haunts and discovered lots of new ones and were never too far from everyday facilities. The owner was most warm and welcoming and there on hand if required, but never intrusive. We are missing her already!...
