Situated on the westerly side of the Island, Liniclate is a wide, sandy beach and a haven for wildlife. Keep an eye out for ground nesting waders such as oyster catchers and lapwing.

Bembecula has a great choice of trails and paths, many of which are not mapped. This walk can be brought to you thanks to the walkhighland.co.uk website which has a good selection of walks in the area. This particular walk climbs to the highest point of Benbecula, a steep walk but well worth the effort for the stunning views!
Nearby town
Creagorry is a small hamlet on South Uist located just off the Causeway. The local Co-op is one of the few shops here so stock up if you are passing through.

Strickly speaking whilst this isn't a farm shop, it is the place to look for local produce, dairy produce and a bakery. Open daily, stock up if you are in the area.
