TwinThis beautiful and spacious lodge is set in a secluded countryside location and is ideal for families. Perfect for relaxing and celebrations, this family-friendly accommodation is ideal for a relaxing break and the indoor spa with hot tub is a real treat. This gem of a cottage also has a pub within walking distance, perfect for family nights out.
Stepping inside you are greeted by the beautifully styled and well-appointed kitchen, inclusive of an air fryer for that quicker oven cooked taste, and has everything you may need to conjure up a delicious meal before heading out to explore! The living area is light and spacious with comfortable sofas and plenty of family games to entertain, especially if you want a break from the television. Or maybe just sit and relax with a coffee in hand, freshly made from the Nespresso machine. Large windows and patio doors welcome the sunshine which fills the room with warmth. The neighbouring ponies look inquisitively over the fence, but no carrots please!
There are two welcoming bedrooms, both double and twin have plenty of storage allowing you to fully unpack and enjoy your holiday free from clutter. The bedrooms boast Smart TVs for you to have a lazy morning in bed and catch up on box sets.
At the end of the hallway you will find the light and airy family bathroom, complete with WC, bath and fitted shower.
Surrounded by country lanes, the area around Stable Lodge is ideal for taking a stroll or touring on your bicycle. A few minutes' walk away is the marina that sits on the River Orwell. Take a break with coffee and cake at the Harbourside Kitchen whilst watching the boats sail by or have a go yourself with lessons which are available to book!
The small village of Levington boasts an excellent pub. The Ship Inn is a beautiful 16th Century pub with a stunning thatched roof serving locally-brewed beer and lovely locally-produced food, located in a picturesque spot approximately half a mile away. Enjoy cocktails on the outdoor deck or cosy up in the bar in front of the fire on cooler nights with friends.
