With far reaching views over the rolling countryside of north Cornwall yet close to stunning beaches such as Mawgan Porth and Bedruthan Steps - this property really has it all to offer.

The kitchen/diner is the heart of this property, with a cosy wood-burner so you can enjoy long cosy meals in front of the flickering flames. The well thought out kitchen has everything you might need including a fresh coffee machine to make your perfect flat white in the mornings (don't forget your favourite ground coffee if you wish to use the coffee machine). With a large window to keep this room lovely and light in the summer months overlooking the owner's courtyard which they do not use ensuring privacy for you.

Step up into the sitting-room which is the perfect spot to lounge with a good film after a day on the beach, the squishy sofa or snuggly armchair. There is a collection of books for you to enjoy - there is nothing better than catching up on your reading whilst on holiday. There is also a handy desk should you need to work.

Upstairs there are two beautiful bedrooms and the family bathroom. The first bedroom at the top of the landing has a comfortable king-size bed and has been finished beautifully with rich linens and warming tones throughout. Down the landing (please watch your head on the sloping ceiling) you will find the second bedroom which is decorated in a warming yellow and beautifully colourful throws. This bedroom can be set up as a twin or a super-king bed depending on your needs. There is a spacious family bathroom at the end of the landing with a large walk-in shower and luxurious free-standing bath, what a treat. There is also a second shower-room on the ground floor which is perfect after a day on the beach.

The outside space at Little Lanherne Farm Cottage is lovely; just outside the front door is the sheltered and sunny patio that catches the afternoon sun and leads up the steps to the large car parking area. Enjoy a sundowner while your party cooks up a treat on the barbecue. You can also enjoy wandering through the paths of the little meadow adjoining the cottage which is filled with beautiful flora and fauna. Little Lanherne Farm Cottage is found through narrow leafy lanes and close to the pretty village of St Mawgan and the sandy beaches of the north coast.

The owners live next door to this cottage but privacy is ensured for both parties to make sure you have a truly peaceful holiday. There is so much to explore from this little getaway. Just past the drive is a footpath leading to Mawgan Porth, a stunning beach any time of year and only a 30 minute walk away. There are in fact seven stunning bays all within a short distance to explore and enjoy. Above the beach you will find the Scarlet and the Bedruthan Hotel and Spa along with the Merrymoor Inn and all with amazing sea views should you want a delicious meal. With the A30 only a short distance away this makes Little Lanherne the perfect location to explore Cornwall from with Padstow, The Eden Project and many other destinations within easy reach.

All the delights of the village are within a short downhill, uphill stroll of this charming semi-detached cottage. Stock up on some essential provisions at the village shop, enjoy some traditional Cornish hospitality at the Falcon Inn, with its wonderful beer garden, or you can indulge in a cream tea in the village tea rooms. There are many amazing places to eat in this area from Four Boys in Padstow, Padstow Farm Shop, Duchy Grub and many others. If you enjoy a game of golf there are two great courses nearby and if you fancy something active make sure you hire a surfboard from King Surf at Mawgan Porth or try your hand at coasteering too.
