Hidden away in a sweet hamlet in magical far west Cornwall, Pedney is an idyllic, dog-friendly shepherd's hut for two. If you're looking to escape to a tranquil hideaway, within easy reach of the beautiful Cornish coastline, this is just the place…

Tucked away amongst a subtropical garden, Pedney's wonderfully rustic interiors are sure to charm you. The beautiful hand-crafted kitchen comes complete with all the essentials for rustling up simple meals, with a wooden dining table and chairs, cosy wood-burner and a sweet seating area. At the other end of the hut, you'll find a sumptuous double bed, ideal for those leisurely lie ins, and stylish en suite shower-room. Pedney's blissful, laid-back vibe invites you to leave your worries behind and relax for a little while - you're on holiday after all!

With its delightful sub-tropical plants and flowers, the serene and secluded outside space is the perfect spot too for blissful days unwinding under the Cornish sunshine. There are two cute outdoor seating areas here, ideal for lazy al fresco breakfasts or an evening tipple after a day spent exploring the coastline.

Pedney has a fantastic, accessible location on the main road between Penzance and Land's End, making it easy to reach west Cornwall's golden sand beaches and pretty towns and villages, either by car or via the Number 8 bus from the handy bus stop on your doorstep. Porth Chapel Cabin (4973), Poldhu (4976) and Beryas Cottage (4970) are also on-site, but please note the properties are positioned in a way so you have plenty of privacy.

Pedney's location really is rather special. Nestled within the unforgettable beauty of west Cornwall, you're sure to love exploring this picturesque part of the world. Just a short drive will take you to the fishing town of Newlyn, with its independent coffee shops and cinema, wonderful eateries, and the oldest ice cream shop in Cornwall. From there, you can head to the enchanting, timeless village of Mousehole, with its sweet, cobbled streets, art galleries, welcoming pubs and cafes, and the bustling seaside town of St Ives is within easy reach too. Pack up a picnic, pull on your walking boots, and head out to explore the glorious coast path - you certainly won't be short of breath-taking views!

If you're looking for those unforgettable white sand beaches and turquoise waters, you'll find them at Porthcurno and Porthgwarra. The iconic Minack Theatre is perched above Porthcurno beach and is well worth a visit for its fantastic performances and unrivalled views.
