Welcome to Little Oaks, a tranquil single-storey getaway nestled on the western edge of the majestic Dartmoor National Park. Its wonderfully peaceful location means this is an idyllic place to stay anytime of the year - just perfect for a few days of blissful serenity.

Perched next to the lovely owners' house, but with plenty of privacy, you'll be sure to sink into relaxation mode here. Head up the steps to discover the cosy interiors; the open plan living space is a warm and welcoming place to rustle up a leisurely breakfast, chat about the day's adventures while gathered around the dining-table and sink into the snug sofa and armchairs after a day of Dartmoor adventures.

The two bedrooms are rather lovely. Bedroom one is a sweet king-size room and bedroom two is a charming twin room, both perfect for a restful night's sleep. You'll also find the shower-room next door. Outside, the private decking area is a great spot to relax under the Devonshire sunshine, or to enjoy supper al fresco looking out over your rural surroundings.

Your location is really quite special. Discover the tranquil footpaths from your front door, ideal for admiring the captivating scenery of Dartmoor, and you'll also find fantastic cycling trails just minutes away. If you don't fancy cooking, The Peter Tavy Inn is nearby and makes for a welcoming, cosy spot for a Sunday lunch or a tipple or two by the fire. The lovely market town of Tavistock is just a short drive away, and the Tavistock Pannier Market is well worth a visit to pick up some fresh, local produce and a few sweet treats! Whilst you're there, spend a leisurely afternoon exploring the independent shops, cafes and restaurants and enjoying a walk along the canal. Oh, and if you're a keen golfer, Tavistock's Golf Course is just a short drive from the property.

If you're craving the sea, the Cornish north coast is within easy reach. Head to the golden sands of Bude to get your seaside fix or spend an afternoon walking along the coast path and soaking up the breathtaking views. You'll also find the magical villages of Boscastle and Tintagel nearby, both making for fantastic days out.
