A gorgeous Cornish hideaway tucked away in the laid-back village of St Agnes within walking distance to the beautiful golden sands and glittering blue waters of Trevaunance Cove, Sandbrook is a wonderful spot for a family-friendly, dog-friendly holiday by the sea.

Step inside to your beautifully furnished holiday home; the perfect choice for a blissful getaway at any time of the year. As you step inside, you'll first discover the boot-room, ideal for your wellies and walking boots. From there, head to the gorgeous open plan kitchen and dining space, a simply delightful area for cooking up a holiday feast and gathering together to discuss the day's adventures. The kitchen is very well-equipped and has an electric Aga, a SMEG fridge/freezer and a Nespresso coffee machine, and the dining-table has seating for up to eight guests. After dinner, make your way to the cosy sitting-room, light the wood-burner and sink into the comfortable sofas for a restful evening in.

There are four beautiful bedrooms to choose from. On the ground floor, you will find a cute and cosy double bedroom and a very sweet twin bedroom. There's also a family bathroom and a wet-room on the ground floor, so you certainly won't be queuing for the bathroom in the mornings! Upstairs you will find a gorgeous king-size bedroom with a fabulous en suite, complete with a bath for those well-deserved peaceful evening soaks, and a 'zip and link' bedroom (which can be made up as a twin or a super-king) with its very own en suite shower-room.

Outside, the private, enclosed garden is a fabulous place to soak up the Cornish sun. And as night falls, light the barbecue for an evening feast before hopping in the hot tub and admiring the starlit sky.

St Agnes is a charming, friendly village where you can easily while away blissful days wandering around, exploring the independent shops and the fabulous collection of places to eat and drink. Some of our top tips for dining out include The Tap House, Taste and The Driftwood Spars, and if you fancy a little bit of afternoon indulgence (you're on holiday after all!), coffee and cake at The Sorting Office. And let's not forget the unforgettable beauty of the Cornish coast path on your doorstep. Pack up a picnic and go for a wander. Trust us, you won't want to miss it!

The popular beaches of Porthtowan, Perranporth and Chapel Porth are all nearby, and make for a great day out, whether you're exploring the coast path, dipping your toes in the sea or perched on the sand getting lost in a good book. Further afield, the popular seaside town of St Ives, the bustling town of Falmouth and the beautiful shopping city of Truro are just a short drive away. There's so much to discover on your Cornish getaway, whether you're looking for a leisurely long weekend by the sea, or a fun-filled getaway full to the brim with adventures.
