TwinThis wonderful, modernised family house is located along the Seaview Duver just a short walk from Seaview Village and the Yacht Club. Tides Reach has a stylish open plan living/dining-room with fantastic sea views, ideal for larger families to congregate over meal times and plan days out.
Leading off the living/dining-room there is a charming sun-room with seating for four overlooking the lovely mature garden and Seaview Nature Reserve. There are four bedrooms, a double and a bunk-bed room on the ground floor, a twin and a large double situated on the first floor. There are plenty of bathrooms to cater for everyone, on the first floor the opulent main bedroom has an en suite, plus another family bathroom. The ground floor has another family bathroom and a separate WC, the lower ground also has a separate WC.
The owners have also created a peaceful relaxing space on the first floor landing with a sofa to sit and savour the sea view and passing boats. On the lower ground floor there is a games-room with a table-tennis table plus additional board games, perfect to keep everyone happy on the less sunny days! Doors from here lead you out into the sheltered private garden with plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy an evening's barbecue. There is a treehouse and slide for children to enjoy (used at your own risk), please supervise them at all times.
Just steps from your front door you will find yourself on the beach, this stretch of beach just outside Seaview Village is a mixture of sand and rocks, ideal for beach cricket and rock pooling alike. The sea wall provides a picturesque walkway into the village, passing The Old Fort, a family-friendly pub with an idyllic outdoor seating area overlooking the sea and the Yacht Club. Further into the village is The Seaview Hotel, also with outdoor seating, this has a charming back bar serving good pub food with a great selection of locally-caught seafood on offer. The local deli serves ice creams and sandwiches, so there is something for everyone. If you want to venture a bit further afield the town of Ryde is an easy walk in the other direction passing several pubs and cafes with beach front seating, plus many other shops and restaurants in the town centre. Nowhere on the Island is that far away, Tides Reach is a great base to discover everything the Island has to offer.
