Exposed pine floors and comfy sofas invite you to relax and unwind and in cooler months the wood-burner will keep you warm and toasty.
On winter days the sitting-room, complete with the original wood-burner, will be the heart of the home.
There is plenty of space for everyone to relax around the fire with a good film.

Bedroom two is charming and overlooks the rear garden.
Original features can be found throughout No 2, like this ornamental fireplace.
The large principle bedroom decorated in calming tones.
Located on the second floor is the twin bedroom.
The beds are located beneath the eaves, so please take care.

The bedroom is full of natural light due to the Velux windows.
The rather neat shower-room is tiny, and only suitable for younger guests (head room 175cm, shower head height 160cm)
The traditional family bathroom is located on the ground floor. Enjoy a relaxing soak after a day out walking the coast path...
Enjoy leisurely long lunches or simple suppers outside. With an elevated view of the hills this is quite a rare find in St Agnes.
The tiered garden at No 2 Water Lane is very established with trees and shrubs.
You can enjoy the fabulous views over St Agnes from the garden area.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price. There are no extra charges for cots or high chairs where they are listed in the property description on the website.
A non-refundable booking fee of £45.00 is payable per booking.
- 10% off between 26 Apr and 17 May 2025 for parties up to 4 + cot. Bedroom 3 is excluded at this rate.
- 10% off between 07 Jun and 19 Jul 2025 for parties up to 4 + cot. Bedroom 3 is excluded at this rate.
- 10% off between 06 Sep and 18 Oct 2025 for parties up to 4 + cot. Bedroom 3 is excluded at this rate.
