Arrival & departure
At most of our cottages, doors open at 4pm on your arrival day, so to speak. Some properties have a slightly different arrival time, but this will be stated in their description, and on your Reception Details.
Generally the departure time is 10am on the final day, but again do check the specific details for your property.
The amount of time between arrival and departure of guests is needed to make sure that the Owners and Housekeepers have long enough to get everything spotless for your arrival, which for some of the larger properties in particular, can take the full five hours.
